The Illinois Power Agency, through the Illinois Solar for All Program Administrator, is seeking public comments from stakeholders on the incentive eligibility criteria for Illinois Solar for All: Non-Profit and Public Facilities sub-program participants. This definition establishes the criteria governing which Non-Profit and Public Facilities and properties qualify for incentives, including location, type of organization, and engagement with low-income communities.
