The Illinois Solar for All Program Administrator has posted new documents related to the Contract Requirements for Residential Solar.
The Contract Requirements for Residential Solar were posted on April 12, 2019. The updated Contract Requirements for Residential Solar and the redline versions are available for review of the document changes. The Contract Requirements for Residential Solar were updated to clarify the calculation to determine compliance with the requirement that once energization begins, any ongoing payments (on an annual basis) by the participant cannot exceed 50% of the expected first-year net metering value.
