The Illinois Solar for All Program Administrator has updated the Approved Vendor Manual for the 2019-2020 program year. Clean and redline versions, which provide corrections and clarifications on the changes made, are available. All updates are effective on the date the Approved Vendor Manual was published and distributed to Approved Vendors.
