For the Illinois Solar for All: Community Solar sub-program, the Illinois Solar for All Program Administrator has announced the final 2018-2019 program year scoring rubrics based on the distribution of projects submitted. According to the Project Selection Protocol, rubrics are calculated based on the distribution of projects in each prioritization category (Environmental Justice Community, Community Solar, and General Selection). Because of this limitation, the Program Administrator is only able to post the scoring rubric for the first prioritization category (Environmental Justice Community), because the distribution of projects will change once selected projects from the Environmental Justice Community prioritization are removed from the pool for the subsequent prioritizations.
The following scoring rubrics are for 1) the entire portfolio of Community Solar projects submitted and 2) the Environmental Justice Community projects submitted within that sub-program.
