For the 2019-2020 program year, certain types of buildings in the Illinois Solar for All: Residential Solar and Illinois Solar for All: Non-Profit and Public Facilities sub-programs are now required to complete the Affordability Agreement and Qualified Tenant Agreement documents. These documents must be submitted during each sub-program’s project submission window for a project to be considered in the 2019-2020 program year.
