The total incentive values for eligible projects submitted to the Illinois Solar for All: Non-Profit and Public Facilities sub-program are slightly below the 2019-2020 program year budget of $6,435,181. Therefore, on Friday, October 25, 2019, at 9 a.m. CT, this sub-program will reopen the application window for project submissions on a rolling basis.
The incentive value for submitted eligible projects equals $3.3 million, meaning that the remaining $3,023,254 will be available when the application submission window reopens. Batches of projects submitted by Approved Vendors at this time will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis based on the timestamp of the batch submission in the portal.
As a reminder, the Illinois Solar for All: Residential Solar sub-program reopened for application submissions on October 1, 2019. Approved Vendors are welcome to submit batches of projects on a first-come, first-served basis for sub-programs until Sunday, May 31, 2020, or until the annual sub-program budget is exhausted, whichever comes first.
