The Illinois Power Agency (IPA) will be conducting a competitive procurement event (the Low-Income Community Solar Pilot RFP) in fall 2019 for the purchase of Renewable Energy Credits (RECs) from Low-Income Community Solar Pilot Projects under 15-year contracts. Projects selected through the Low-Income Community Solar Pilot RFP (RFP) will receive a $/REC price for the RECs purchased by the IPA. This procurement event is managed by a different Procurement Administrator. More information is available on the IPA’s website. A webcast presentation about this procurement event will be held on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. CT. Register to attend the webcast with the number of phone connections needed so that sufficient ports can be made available. Call-in information and the WebEx link will be provided to respondents on the morning of the webcast.
