The Illinois Power Agency and the Illinois Solar for All Program Administrator have issued a request for comments on a draft updated Project Selection Protocol. These changes reflect the updates contained in the revised Long-Term Renewable Resources Procurement Plan, which was published on Monday, April 20, 2020.
Stakeholders can refer to the Request for Comments for specific questions regarding the proposed changes made to the Illinois Solar for All: Community Solar and Illinois Solar for All: Residential Solar sub-programs’ updated selection protocols and proposed changes to expand minority and women business enterprise (MWBE) opportunities within the selection process. Additionally, the Program Administrator will hold a webinar on Friday, May 1, 2020, from 2 to 4 p.m. CT. On the webinar, the Program Administrator will review the proposed changes, and there will be an opportunity for discussion with stakeholders.
