The Illinois Solar for All Program Administrator has responded to stakeholder feedback it received for the Residential Solar Referral Proposal. The Residential Solar Referral Process also outlines the finalized Residential Solar Referral Process that the Program Administrator will begin using for Residential Solar (Small) projects on April 26, 2021.
