On January 13, 2022, the Illinois Power Agency (the Agency) released a draft 2022 Long-Term Renewable Resources Procurement Plan (draft 2022 Long-Term Plan) for stakeholder feedback. In addition to the draft 2022 Long-Term Plan, the Agency is also requesting stakeholder feedback on the newly released Appendix G: Review of Approaches to Energy Sovereignty (Appendix G).
This appendix was developed by Paulos Analysis for the Agency, and it provides background on proposals related to Illinois Solar for All that are discussed in Chapter 8 of the draft 2022 Long-Term Plan, as well as the new priority of promoting energy sovereignty.
The Agency requests stakeholder feedback on the proposals in the draft 2022 Long-Term Plan and the context offered in Appendix G. Stakeholder Feedback on the draft 2022 Long-Term Plan is due on Monday, February 28, 2022.
