The Illinois Solar for All: Community Solar sub-program went through project selection earlier in the program year, and projects were placed on a waitlist after the sub-program’s funding was fully allocated. The Illinois Solar for All Program Administrator was able to offer funding to those waitlisted projects when newly-authorized funds were made available in March based on the increased allocation of utility collections through the Climate and Equitable Jobs Act.
As a result, the Program Administrator has published the updated selected projects list in the Community Solar sub-program for the 2021-2022 program year.
