The Illinois Solar for All: Non-Profit and Public Facilities sub-program project submission window for the 2025-2026 program year opens on July 14, 2025, at 9 a.m. CT. At that time, Approved Vendors can begin submitting Part I Applications until the window closes on July 30, 2025, at 5 p.m. CT. Part I Applications must be entered and submitted during this window to participate in the Project Selection Protocol process (if needed).
If sub-program funding remains after the initial project submission window, a rolling submission window will open for Non-Profit and Public Facilities projects on August 6, 2025. Projects submitted during the rolling submission window are considered on a first-come, first-served basis until May 29, 2026, or as long as remaining sub-program funding is available.
