Illinois Solar for All: Residential Solar
Illinois Solar for All will open the rolling submission window for the Illinois Solar for All: Residential Solar sub-program on July 9, 2025, at 9 a.m. CT., since incentive values for projects initially submitted were below the 2025-2026 program year budget. Additionally, the Project Selection Protocol will not be necessary.
Approved Vendors are welcome to submit projects on a first-come, first-served basis until May 29, 2026, or until the annual sub-program budget is exhausted, whichever comes first.
Home Repairs and Upgrades Initiative
During the initial submission window, 181 projects were received requesting additional support using the Home Repairs and Upgrades initiative, exhausting the initiative’s funds for the 2025-2026 program year. New submissions for the initiative will not be accepted.
