Attend a DCEO Webinar for Small and Emerging Businesses Interested in Participating in Illinois’ Clean Energy Sector - Illinois Solar for All

As part of Illinois’ broader economic growth strategy, the state is continuing to build out a strong clean energy economy while promoting equitable growth that empowers workers, communities, and entrepreneurs. On March 12 at 12 p.m. CT, the Illinois Power Agency (IPA) is joining the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO) for the Leveraging Illinois’ Clean Energy Resources for HER Illinois Business webinar.

The virtual webinar is designed for small and emerging businesses interested in participating in Illinois’ clean energy sector, as well as subcontractors, general contractors, developers, municipalities, economic development professionals, and others seeking to engage in clean energy projects across the state. Attendees will also have an opportunity to ask questions during a live Q&A session.

The DCEO and the IPA will share more about the Equitable Energy Future Grant Program, the Community Solar Energy Sovereignty Grant Program, and various agencies that oversee programs under the Climate and Equitable Jobs Act (CEJA), including equity-focused initiatives and pathways for businesses and communities to participate in solar incentive programs administered by the IPA. Registration is required to attend.
