Illinois Solar for All (ILSFA) is extending the Home Repairs and Upgrades Initiative for a fourth year and has released a request for stakeholder feedback on proposed updates for the 2026-2027 Program Year. The Home Repairs and Upgrades Initiative’s incentives are for electrical work and roof repairs needed to install solar on owner-occupied, income-eligible households participating in the Residential (Small) sub-program.
Stakeholders are encouraged to review and share feedback on the recommended design changes and updated Reference List. To submit written feedback, stakeholders must email comments regarding the proposed updates to Comments@illinoisSFA.com by Thursday, April 16, 2026.
