The Illinois Power Agency (IPA) is working with E Source (formerly known as ILLUME Advising), a national energy research firm, to evaluate the Illinois Solar for All (ILSFA) program. As part of this evaluation, E Source is gathering stakeholder feedback to better understand the needs and perspectives of the people and communities the program serves.
You can submit comments at any time during the evaluation process. While E Source may not be able to respond to all comments individually, they will review and consider all feedback in their evaluation. A summary of comments received and how these are incorporated into the evaluation will be included in each annual evaluation report. You can submit comments online or email your comments to ILSFAEvaluation@esource.com.
Please note that all comments submitted through this process will be published on IPA’s website and may be subject to Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests. Stakeholders who submit feedback containing confidential, proprietary, or commercially sensitive information must designate their comments as such and provide a redacted copy for publication.
E Source will begin work on the evaluation for the 2025-2026 Program Year soon. To ensure your comments are considered in the report, please submit them by March 1, 2027. The report is expected to be published in spring 2027. Stay tuned for an upcoming announcement about the publication of the 2024-2025 Program Year report and a webinar to share results.
