Illinois Solar for All (ILSFA) has released the 2026-2027 Approved Vendor Manual and Project Selection Protocol. The Approved Vendor Manual outlines requirements for our approved solar companies for the upcoming program year. The final version reflects changes based on stakeholder feedback and selection considerations for eligible projects that were unable to cure before the early closure of the 2025-2026 Program Year.
The 2026-2027 Approved Vendor Manual is published in advance of upcoming sub-program submission windows to give program entities time to review updates. For a detailed overview of these changes from the draft versions of these documents, see the Response to Comments document or the redlined versions of the documents.
These updated materials are effective for the 2026-2027 Program Year, and participating approved solar companies must be in compliance with the outlined requirements after June 1, 2026.
