The project submission window for the Illinois Solar for All: Non-Profit and Public Facilities sub-program opens on August 3, 2026, at 9 a.m. CT. At that time, Approved Vendors can begin submitting Part I Applications until the window closes on August 14, 2026, at 5 p.m. CT. Part I Applications must be entered and submitted during this window to participate in Project Selection Protocol (if needed).
If sub-program funding remains after the initial project submission window, a rolling submission window will open on August 21, 2026, for Non-Profit and Public Facilities projects. Projects submitted during the rolling submission window are considered on a first-come, first-served basis until the end of the 2026-2027 Program Year, or until remaining sub-program funding is exhausted.
