The project submission window for the Illinois Solar for All: Residential Solar (Large) sub-program opens on July 20, 2026, at 9 a.m. CT. At that time, Approved Vendors can begin submitting Part I Applications until the window closes on July 31 at 5 p.m. CT. Part I: Applications must be entered and submitted during this window to participate in Project Selection Protocol (if needed).
If sub-program funding remains after the initial project submission window, a rolling submission window will open for Residential Solar (Large) projects on August 17, 2026. Projects submitted during the rolling submission window are considered on a first-come, first-served basis until the end of the 2026-2027 program year, or until remaining sub-program funding is exhausted.
