The Illinois Solar for All (ILSFA) independent evaluator, E Source (formerly known as ILLUME Advising), hosted a webinar on the results of the 2024-2025 Program Year evaluation report. Section 1- 56(b)(6) of the Illinois Power Agency (IPA) Act requires a thorough and independent evaluation of ILSFA to measure program impacts and identify opportunities for program improvements.
E Source presented findings and recommendations on the energy, environmental, and social impacts of projects approved and energized from June 1, 2024, to May 31, 2025. The job and economic impacts of these approved and energized projects were also analyzed to determine the financial benefits they generate for program participants and their communities.
