The Illinois Power Agency (IPA) has published the 2025-2026 Home Repairs and Upgrades Initiative Annual Report and the 2025-2026 Small and Emerging Business Annual Report. Stakeholders are encouraged to read the reports to learn about the impact of the Home Repairs and Upgrades Initiative and the program’s efforts to facilitate participation of small and emerging businesses within Illinois Solar for All.
The Home Repairs and Upgrades Initiative final report highlights learnings from the initiative, including significant growth during its third year, updates implemented based on stakeholder feedback, and findings related to external funding, participation, survey feedback, and impact on participant access to the Residential Solar (Small) sub-program during the first three years of the Initiative.
The Small and Emerging Business annual report details efforts to encourage and facilitate the participation of small and emerging businesses in ILSFA during the 2025-2026 Program Year. The report provides data on specific events and efforts to support Small and Emerging Businesses within the program and identifies ongoing challenges these businesses face.
