The Illinois Solar for All (ILSFA) Program Administrator is closing the Non-Profit and Public Facilities rolling submission window today at 12 p.m. CT. Approved Vendors may submit batches of projects until that time. The Non-Profit and Public Facilities window opened for general rolling submissions on August 28, 2026 at 9 a.m. CT, and the total incentive value of submitted projects has since met the available annual budget for the Non-Profit and Public Facilities sub-program.
Projects submitted until August 28, 2026 at 12 p.m. CT will be added to a waitlist. If additional funding becomes available, the Program will prioritize projects from the waitlist on a first-come, first-served basis during the 2026-2027 Program Year. Approved Vendors may reference the Project Dashboard to assess remaining funding in the Non-Profit and Public Facilities sub-program throughout the year.
