The Illinois Solar for All (ILSFA) Program Administrator is opening the rolling submission window for Small and Emerging Businesses (SEB) on Friday, August 21, 2026, at 9 a.m. CT for projects within the Illinois Solar for All: Non-Profit and Public Facilities sub-program and will close the window on August 24, 2026, at 5 p.m. CT. To qualify for the advanced rolling submission window, an Approved Vendor must be designated as an SEB within the Illinois Shines program.
The total incentive value of eligible projects did not meet the available budget for the Non-Profit and Public Facilities. There is approximately $710,000 remaining in the budget for Non-Profit and Public Facilities projects.
If funds are still remaining, the general rolling submission window for projects within the Illinois Solar for All: Non-Profit and Public Facilities sub-program will open on Friday, August 28, 2026, at 9 a.m. CT. Approved solar companies may submit batches of projects on a first-come, first-served basis until May 31, 2027, or until the remaining budget is exhausted, whichever comes first.
