The Illinois Solar for All (ILSFA) Program Administrator will open the general rolling submission window for projects in the Non-Profit and Public Facilities sub-program on Friday, August 28, 2026, at 9 a.m. CT.
The total incentive value of eligible projects did not meet the available budget for the Non-Profit and Public Facilities. There is approximately $616,000 remaining in the budget for Non-Profit and Public Facilities projects.
Approved Vendors may submit batches of projects on a first-come, first-served basis until May 31, 2027, or until the remaining budget is exhausted, whichever comes first.
