The Illinois Solar for All: Non-Profit and Public Facilities sub-program project submission window closes on August 14, 2026, at 5 p.m. CT. Part I Applications must be entered and submitted before this window closes.
If sub-program funding remains after the window closes, a rolling submission window for Non-Profit and Public Facilities projects will open on August 21, 2026. Projects submitted during the rolling submission window are considered on a first-come, first-served basis until May 31, 2027, or until the sub-program budget is fully utilized, whichever comes first.
