Illinois Solar for All (ILSFA) is opening the Residential Solar (Large) rolling submission window on October 26 at 9 a.m. CT for Small and Emerging Businesses (SEB). To qualify for the advanced rolling submission window, an Approved Vendor must be designated as an SEB within the Illinois Shines program.
The total incentive value of eligible projects did not meet the available budget for the Residential Solar (Large) sub-program. There is approximately $7,902,706.26 remaining in the budget for projects.
The general rolling submission window for projects in the Residential Solar (Large) sub-program will open on November 2 at 9 a.m. CT. Approved solar companies may submit batches of projects on a first-come, first-served basis until May 31, 2027, or until the remaining budget is exhausted, whichever comes first.
