Update: The Total Incentive Values and Percentages in the scoring rubrics were updated on December 23, 2019, but these updates did not affect the overall scoring.
The final 2019-2020 program year scoring rubrics for the Illinois Solar for All: Community Solar sub-program are now available. The scoring rubrics are based on the distribution of eligible projects submitted for this sub-program during the 2019-2020 program year.
Rubrics are calculated based on the distribution of projects in each prioritization category:
- Environmental Justice Communities (EJC)
- Low-Income Census Tract (LI CT) Communities
- General Selection.
As the distribution of projects will change once selected projects from the EJC prioritization category are removed from the pool of projects for the subsequent prioritizations, the Illinois Solar for All Program Administrator has only shared the scoring rubric for the EJC first prioritization category. For a complete explanation of the scoring and selection processes, refer to the Project Selection Protocol and Section 9 of the Approved Vendor Manual.
The scoring rubrics for the entire portfolio of eligible Community Solar projects submitted and the EJC projects submitted within that sub-program are below.
