The Illinois Power Agency and the Illinois Solar for All (ILSFA) Program Administrator have issued a request for comments on the proposed Project Selection Protocol for the 2021-2022 program year. The draft updated Project Selection Protocol is presented as a redline of changes from the previous 2020-2021 program year’s Project Selection Protocol and reflects edits for clarity, including definitions for ‘Anchor Tenant’ and ‘Project Host.’
Stakeholders should refer to the Request for Comments document for specific questions regarding location criteria and timelines, in addition to high-level takeaways from the project analysis conducted by the ILSFA team.
