The Illinois Solar for All (ILSFA) program evaluator, E Source, is requesting input to inform their evaluation of the 2025-2026 Program Year (June 2025 – May 2026). Stakeholders are encouraged to fill out the evaluation form by Friday, October 30, 2026.
The questions on the evaluation form will cover the following topics:
- What would you like to learn from the third-party evaluation?
- Are there any groups who we are not collecting information from who we should include in the evaluation?
- What unanswered questions do you have about how the Illinois Solar for All program is performing?
- What potential program changes would you like to see investigated further?
- What is working well about Illinois Solar for All? What can be improved?
- Are there any parts of Illinois Solar for All that make it hard for you or your customers/community members to participate? What are these?
- Is there a way that this program can better support your organization or the customers/communities you serve?
- Upcoming special topic reports will explore barriers to participation in rural Illinois communities. Are there any other topics we should consider covering for future special topic reports?
