The Future Energy Jobs Act requires an independent evaluation of the Illinois Solar for All (ILSFA) program, including the use of objective criteria developed through a public stakeholder process.
As of December 11, 2019, batches of projects have been submitted to the Illinois Solar for All: Non-Profit and Public Facilities sub-program that, if approved, will exceed the remaining 2019-2020 program year budget.
