Home Expo 2023

This event is designed to inform the citizens of the Chesterfield/Chatham communities and city-at-large about Housing related programs and services available to residents and prevent foreclosures. This is also an opportunity to showcase our community and available properties in the area. This event is free and open to the public.

This Open House will be at an address that already had Solar Panels installed by one of ILSFA Approved Vendors.  Homeowners and Tenants will have a chance to ask tenants/homeowners questions about the process as well as see the actual solar panels, etc.
