Come to the North Riverside Monarch Festival – El Festival de la Monarca! This event is being hosted collaboratively by the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago (MWRD) and State Representative Rashid’s Office. Over 50 governmental organizations, social service agencies, local businesses, and vendors will provide information on the programs they offer residents, along with music, games, and food! This wonderful, family-friendly event celebrates Hispanic Culture while providing valuable resources and information to the community, including ILSFA.
