Sam Strader from Sustain Rockford will share information about Illinois Solar For All (ILSFA). ILSFA is designed to increase access to solar for low-income communities and the non-profits and public facilities that serve them. There are no upfront costs and all qualified particpants receive savings. Participants can be low-income homeowners and renters or be nonprofits and public facilities that serve low-income populations. Illinois Solar for All is part of the state’s Future Energy Jobs Act renewable energy legislation.
